Meet the Women Behind the Wild

Once upon a time…
A clinical hypnotherapist (who really wasn’t clinical at all), a reflexologist (who wanted to have a bigger impact in the world) and a copywriter (who was fed up with the online fakeness she saw every day) walked into a networking session that none of them wanted to attend…
And the rest, as they say, is history.

I’m Neena
A wearer of many hats, including therapist, mum and CIC supporter extraordinaire. I’m a straight-shooter and spent over 20 years supporting families and working through life’s big emotions. Real change doesn’t come from playing it safe. It comes from being seen, honest and willing to do the deeper work. I believe in the power of creativity, conversation and connection and I’m obsessed with drums. I’ve somehow ended up with about 18 of them, so the odds are I’ll get you banging on one at our next event!
I’m Helen
A holistic therapist who believes in the power of slowing down and tuning in. My work with reflexology and reflexology lymph drainage is all about helping people reconnect with their bodies and feel more balanced in themselves. I’m the woman with the van, travelling from place to place with tea, an open ear, an open heart and healing hands. (I’ve also got a soft spot for highland cows!) I can see beauty in everything and love bringing creative ideas that help women notice the goodness in the world as well as the beauty within themselves.

I’m Fiona
Part forest-witch, part journal-junkie. Nature and writing helped pull me through postnatal depression and now they’re at the heart of everything I do. I guide nature connection and journaling sessions that give women space to slow down, hear themselves and reconnect with their roots. I grow a lot of veg on my allotment, drink ridiculous amounts of tea and love weaving a bit of green magic into our sessions - whether it’s a seasonal ritual, a simple herbal bundle or just a few minutes of quiet under the trees.
